We have the following locations available at the rates indicated payable by quarterly cheques:

Ground Floor (near First Abu Dhabi Bank): AED 14,700 for the first three months & AED 16,800 per month inc. VAT thereafter.

First Floor(in front of Centrepoint): AED 14,700 per month inc. VAT

Yes, we require the following:

• AED 600 per month for the permit fee to trade there (inc.5% VAT) by quarterly cheques in advance.
• AED 2,100 for the annual insurances required by the Mall.
