What does it cost & how long do I need to book for?
We are offering 12-month leases at the following rates:
Kiosks 1 to 3 (First three near Coffee Club) : AED 14,700-00 per month inc. VAT paid by quarterly cheques.
Kiosks 4 to 6 (Closest to the Art Gallery) : AED 12,600-00 per month inc. VAT paid quarterly.
Is there anything else to pay?
Yes, we require the following:
- A refundable security deposit of 25% of the annual rent.
- An AED 600 a month permit fee to trade there, paid quarterly.
- AED 2,100 for the annual insurances required by the Mall.
