The Market is in a very visible location just off the running track, opposite the paddle tennis courts near Circle café and just a short walk from the green parking.

The kiosks operate daily as follows:

• 10 am to 10 pm week days
• 9 am to 11 pm on Weekends, being Friday & Saturday

A kiosk as shown which is 2.1 meters long x 1 meter deep with profile in the upright arms for fashion hanging, the option of shelves on three sides, tiered central box risers to aid display, lockable storage under, electric lights & a power socket, a built-in mirror, a chair and a waterproof cover to close the kiosk at night.

We are offering a choice of leases for next season (Oct 2023 to June 2024), details as follows:

Full season lease, being 9 months (Oct 2023 to June 2024 inclusive);

• Kiosks 1 to 10 @ AED 7,350-00 per month inc. VAT
• Kiosks 11 to 20 @ AED 6,300-00 per month inc. VAT

Four-month lease being Oct 2023 to January 2024 inclusive:

• Kiosks 1 to 10 @ AED 8,400-00 per month inc. VAT
• Kiosks 11 to 20 @ AED 7,350-00 per month inc. VAT

Two-month lease being October & November:

• Kiosks 1 to 10 @ AED 9,450-00 per month inc. VAT
• Kiosks 11 to 20 @ AED 8,400-00 per month inc. VAT

Please note if you book for the full season, or for four months and pull out early the rent will be recalculated at the appropriate higher rate.

By bi-monthly predated cheques.

• Yes, a refundable security deposit of one month’s rent is required NOW to put you forward for approval, should you be declined for any reason, your deposit will be returned to you. If you are accepted it will be cashed and retained until 30 days after the end of your contract.

• AED 500 per month for your permit to trade there, paid by bi-monthly cheques in advance
• AED 1,000 Third party liability insurance (this is the full season rate & will be paid pro rata depending on the number of months booked)

Staffing your kiosk

Please note we require your staff to be in uniform, which consists of a polo shirt and a sweatshirt for the cooler evenings. Full details of which will be sent to you, should you decide to join us.
