Kiosks are available to lease for vendors selling unique and unusual products in keeping with the location. Such as resort wear, sunglasses, swim wear, beach cover ups, bags, hats & towels as well as children’s wear, toys and unique gifts.

The Market is in a very visible location just off the running track, opposite the paddle tennis courts near Circle café and just a short walk from the green parking – Kite Beach Market – Dubai

Days of operation & timing

The kiosks operate daily as follows:

10am to 10pm weekdays
9am to 11pm on Weekends, being Friday & Saturday

What is provided?

A kiosk as shown which is 2.1 meters long x 1 meter deep with profile in the upright arms for fashion hanging, the option of shelves on three sides, tiered central area to aid display, lockable storage under, electric lights & a power socket, a built-in mirror, a chair and a waterproof cover to close the kiosk at night.

How long is the lease and what does it cost?

We are offering leases from now until the end of the season, at the discounted rate of AED 6,000 per month plus VAT for the first three months and AED 8,000 per month plus VAT thereafter.

What does it cost & how is it paid?

We require the following:

A refundable security deposit of one month’s rent is paid immediately should you be accepted
A permit fee of AED 200 a month, paid in full in advance
One off insurance fee of AED 500
Rent plus VAT by monthly cheques

Staffing your kiosk

Please note we require your staff to be in uniform, which consists of a polo shirt and a sweatshirt for the cooler evenings. Full details of which will be sent to you, should you decide to join us.
