A column kiosk as shown in the above visual which is approximately 2 x 2 meter, for the sale of Jewelry, make up, cosmetics, perfume, nutritional products, small leather goods etc.
The kiosk has lockable storage under, a cash desk with area for your POS, glass lockable display cabinets, lighting, power sockets and branding on both sides.
Where exactly are they located, what does it cost & how is it paid?
The kiosks are located in front of Carrefour, Daiso etc.
on the lower ground floor and are available on a 12 months lease at the following rate :
AED 16,000-00 per month plus VAT. payable by quarterly cheques in advance.
Is there anything else to pay?
Yes, we require the following:
- A refundable security deposit of AED 48,000-00 being 25% of the annual rent.

An AED 1,800-00 quarterly permit fee.

AED 1,500-00 annual third party liability insurance fee.
