The Market operates daily, timings as follows:

Winter (October to May inclusive): 10am to 12am

Summer (June to September inclusive): 4pm to 12am

A kiosk as per the image shown which can be viewed at JBR. The kiosk is designed to have two-sided display, it has profile in the upright arms for fashion hanging, the option of shelves on three sides, tiered central area to aid display and lockable storage under, electrical lights and power socket, along with a chair and a waterproof cover to close the kiosk at night.

We are taking bookings until the 4th of November 2023 inclusive at the rates indicated below:

RIMAL: Kiosk numbers 1 to 7 on the restaurant side: AED 18,900 per month inc. VAT for 8 months & AED 6,300-00 per month inc. VAT for the 4 Summer months

RIMAL: Kiosk numbers 8 to 14 on the roadside: AED 16,800 per month inc. VAT for 8 months & AED 6,300 per month inc. VAT for the 4 Summer months

SHAMS Sector: AED 3,150 per month inc. VAT for the eight months of Winter and AED 1,575 inc. VAT for the 4 Summer months

The rent is payable by monthly cheques in advance.

Yes, we require a refundable security deposit of one month’s rent to reserve your kiosk, which will be cashed if you are approved and held until 30 days after the end of your contract. If you are declined for any reason, it will be returned immediately. Please note if you pull out before the agreed start date or vacate early, the deposit will be retained.

The following is also required at the time of contract signing:

A fee of AED 500 a month plus VAT payable by quarterly cheques, for the permit required to trade there.

Third party liability insurance fee of AED 500 is required.
