What is provided?
A 3-meter x 2-meter kiosk is provided as per the visual shown for the sale of Jewelry, make up, cosmetics, perfume, nutritional products, small leather goods etc.
The kiosk has lockage storage under, a cash desk with area for your POS, glass lockable display cabinets, lighting, power sockets and an illuminated, three sided totem for your branding.
Where exactly are they located, what does it cost & how is it paid?
We have the following locations available at the rates indicated payable by quarterly cheques:
Ground Floor (near First Abu Dhabi Bank): AED 14,700 for the first three months & AED 16,800 per month inc. VAT thereafter.
First Floor(in front of Centrepoint): AED 14,700 per month inc. VAT
Is there anything else to pay?
Yes, we require the following:
- AED 600 per month for the permit fee to trade there (inc.5% VAT) by quarterly cheques in advance.
- AED 2,100 for the annual insurances required by the Mall.
