Yes, we require the following:
- A refundable security deposit of one months rent to be put you forward to the Mall for approval, if you are declined it will be
immediately returned to you, if you are approved it will be cashed and held until 30 days after the end of your contract. - AED 600-00 per month for the permit fee to trade there (inc 5% VAT) payable quarterly in advance.
- A one fee of AED 1,000-00 for annual third party liability insurance, which is added to the first rent cheque.
