Description

Covent Garden Market is located on the mezzanine level below IKEA, at Festival City and benefits greatly from its close proximity
to this hugely popular anchor store. Our 21 kiosks there are available to lease for the sale of Arabic fashion, western fashion, Children’s fashion, jewellery,

shoes, bags, t-shirts, perfume and the likes.

Please note the bridge area where the pink zone kiosks are located is being completely refurbished at the end of January to include the following:
 
– Modern light box branding at each end – see visual attached
 
– 10 retail stands to match those currently facing the stores
 
– A spacious fitting room 
 
What is provided?
A Kiosk as per the visual attached, which is available in the following configurations, all of which have a central cash desk, lights, power sockets for a POS, and cover to close at night:
– Full shelving option, with storage under which is suitable for jewellery, perfume, honey & mobile accessories sellers
– Full fashion option, which allows you to display 12 pieces per section, around 48 pieces on the front and same as backup stock behind
– Fashion & Shelving option, which is suitable for fashion sellers who have coordinating accessories
 
How much does it cost?
It depends which zone you select as follows – see layout attached:
Green Zone: AED 11,000 a month plus VAT, by quarterly cheques
Blue Zone: AED 10,000 a month plus VAT, by quarterly cheques 
Pink Zone: AED 6,000 a month plus VAT, by quarterly cheques (Available from the 15th February)
How long do I need to lease for and how is the rent paid?
We are offering 12 month leases and the rent is required by bi-monthly cheques.
 
Is there anything else to pay?
Yes we require the following:
– A refundable security deposit of two months rent now to secure your kiosk
– Bi monthly permit fees of AED 1,100-00 (AED 550 per month)  which will be added to your rent cheques
– AED 1,000 annual insurance fee
 
How do I apply?
Simply complete the application form attached and return it to us with pictures of your products or your company profile for approval and your preferred location/kiosk number.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for small unique vendors, who have a strong social media following, who have may be been selling at Weekend Markets or online and are now looking to establish themselves in a mall.

How much does it cost?

We are charging a nominal rent of AED 3,000 per month plus VAT to cover staff salaries, marketing via social media & your permit to trade there.

Is there anything else to pay?

Yes, we require a refundable security deposit of one month’s rent, and you will be charged VAT and credit card fees at the appropriate rates on your sales income.

What is provided?

A white kiosk or cart depending on which location you choose both of which have profile in the upright arms for fashion hanging, storage under, shelves to extend your display area, a branded nameplate and angle spotlights.

How long do I need to lease for?

We are offering leases from now until the end of 2024 in line with our lease there.

Frequently Asked Questions

We will reconcile your sales at the end of each month and deposit the money, less credit card fees & VAT to your account by the 10th of the following month.

You can decide to replenish your stock once a week before them all opens, the staff there will assist you.

Everyone is required to provide props for selling their products - quality clothes hangers for fashion sellers, nice display stands for jewelry sellers etc. In addition, we ask you to please provide carrier bags and a full inventory of stock provided.
