We have two sizes of pocket shop, depending on availability:

• Small units which are approximately 4 meters wide x 2.5 meters deep
• Large units which are approximately 8 to 9 meters wide x 2.5 meters deep

The units have been fitted out flooring, lighting, stud walls, power sockets and a closing mechanism, but you will required to fit the unit out to suit your requirements. If you are approved, you will be required to produce a visual showing exactly how the unit will look for approval by the mall. Please note you can decorate the walls to suit your needs in terms of color or wallpaper but you must use free standing furniture, as the walls are not weight bearing,

We have 9 pocket shops on level 2, the same floor as Virgin Megastore, and 2 on level three. If you wish to apply, we will advise you what units are available.

We are offering 12 month leases from the 4th of August 2023 (in line with our lease) at the following rates:

Small: AED 8,000 per month plus VAT

Large: AED 14,000 per month plus VAT

The rent is required by pre-dated quarterly cheques in advance.

Yes, we require the following:

• A refundable security deposit of one month’s rent, that is cashed and held until 30 days after the end of your contract.
• A quarterly permit fee of AED 5,010-00
• Annual insurance fees of AED 2,100.
