Kite Beach Market consists of 20 kiosks operating from the 1st October to the 30th June annually, in this stunning, popular beach front location.
Kiosks are available to lease for vendors selling unique and unusual products in keeping with the location. Such as resort wear, sun glasses, swim wear, beach cover ups, bags, hats & towels as well as children’s wear, toys and unique gifts.

Where exactly is the Market located?
The Market is in a very visible location just off the running track, opposite the paddle tennis courts near Circle café and just a short walk from the green parking.
Days of operation & timing
The kiosks operate daily as follows:
- 10 am to 10 pm week days
- 9 am to 11 pm on Weekends, being Friday & Saturday
What is provided?
A kiosk as shown which is 2.1 meters long x 1 meter deep with profile in the upright arms for fashion hanging, the option of shelves on three sides, tiered central box risers to aid display, lockable storage under, electric lights & a power socket, a built-in mirror, a chair and a waterproof cover to close the kiosk at night.
How long is the lease and what does it cost?
We are offering leases for the full season being October 1st 2024 to 30th June 2025, and the rate depends on the zone selected, details as follows:
- Pink Zone (Kiosks 1 & 2) @ AED 11,550-00 per month inc. VAT
- Blue Zone (Kiosks 3 to 10) @ AED 10,500-00 per month inc. VAT
- Purple zone (Kiosks 11 to 20) @ AED 9,450-00 per month inc. VAT.
How is the rent paid?
By quarterly predated cheques.
Is there anything else to pay?
- Yes, a refundable security deposit of two month’s rent is required NOW to put you forward for approval, should you be declined for any reason, your deposit will be returned to you. If you are accepted it will be cashed and retained until 30 days after the end of your contract.
And the following at the time of contract signing:

Staffing your kiosk
Please note we require your staff to be in uniform, which consists of a polo shirt and a sweatshirt for the cooler evenings. Full details of which will be sent to you, should you decide to join us.
