The whole look will change dramatically this Season, with 15 walk-in units replacing the current Market stalls,
the addition of a central juice/coffee cart with seating enticing people into our area, as well as a new much bigger
branded entrance arch. In addition, the whole area will have shading over it, creating a much more comfortable environment
for visitors to the Market.
The Market is very centrally located, and sits between the shaded area where Central Cafe and the food trucks are, and the Kids Play area.
And it’s just a short walk from the Green Parking, and the handball courts, opposite paddle tennis.
The Market operates daily from October to June inclusive, timings as follows:
Sunday to Thursday: 10am to 10pm
Friday & Saturday: 10am to 11pm
Please note the operating times are open to discussion; we can start earlier but not later.
Small business and vendors, who are very active on Social media and are selling UNIQUE items which are relevant to
the location, such as Resort wear, beachwear for ladies, men & children, beach accessories such as sunglasses, beach towels,
beach baskets & hats, jewellery, sun cream etc & unique gift items.
A walk-in retail unit will be provided which is 3 meters wide x 2.5 meters deep, has sliding lockable doors, slat interior walls to
accommodate fashion hanging or shelving, directional lights, power sockets, an extractor fan to circulate the air, and a mobile cash desk.
The exterior design will either be the container design shown attached or the Beach hut design, both of which will have a ramp for entry,
illuminated branding and space on each side of the ramp for either a mannequin, or a mannequin and a hat stand, or a mannequin and ladder
for displaying towels and the likes. Please note there are strict guidelines for this in the handbook provided.
Staffing your Unit
Please note we require your sales ladies there to be in our uniform, which consists of a polo shirt and a sweatshirt for when it gets cooler,
which is available to purchase from us. Full details of which will be sent to you if you decide to join us.
Yes we require a refundable security deposit of two months rent being AED 24,000 NOW to put you forward for approval, If you are declined it will be returned immediately. If you are accepted it will be deposited/cashed immediately to reserve your place and returned 30 days after the end
of your contract, unless you vacate early, in which case it will be retained.
And we require the following at the time of contract signing:
- AED 500 per month for your permit to trade there, paid by quarterly cheques in advance
- AED 500 Third party liability insurance
Simply complete the application form attached and return it to us with pictures of your products for review and please ensure you provide your
instagram & facebook handle, as preference will be given to vendors who are active on Social Media, and who are building a brand.
Please note that we are only looking for vendors who have a unique concept, such as men’s fashion & beachwear, children’s fashion, ladies beachwear and accessories, unique gift items etc.
We are not looking for vendors selling locally sourced and are strong on social media.
