WHAT IS PROVIDED

The Pocket Shops are fitted out with the basics for you, such as a fascia for your branding, Laminate flooring, track spot lights, stud walls,

power socket & a closing mechanism – see the visuals attached. You can decorate the walls to suit your needs in terms of colour, wallpaper

or graphics as long as you put it back to cream when you vacate.
Please note you must use free standing furniture, as the stud walls are not

weight bearing. In addition, you will be required to submit a visual showing the exact fit out and signage you are proposing for approval by the mall

HOW LONG IS THE LEASE & WHAT DOES IT COST

We are offering a 6 month lease and the rates vary from AED 7,000 a month depending on size and location

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE TO PAY?

Yes we require the following:

A refundable security deposit of two months rent, which is encashed and held until 30 days after the end of your lease
An AED 600 DED permit Fee
TOR of 12% on gross sales once it exceeds rent paid

HOW DO I APPLY?

Simply complete the application form attached and return it to us with images of your products, or preferably a company profile. In addition we need to know

where you are trading now, and if you have images to demonstrate your display, that will help with the approval process.
