WHAT IS PROVIDED
The Pocket Shops are fitted out with the basics for you, such as a fascia for your branding, Laminate flooring, track spot lights, stud walls,
power socket & a closing mechanism – see the visuals attached. You can decorate the walls to suit your needs in terms of colour, wallpaper

or graphics as long as you put it back to cream when you vacate.

Please note you must use free standing furniture, as the stud walls are not 

weight bearing. In addition, you will be required to submit a visual showing the exact fit out and signage you are proposing for approval by the mall 
 
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for vendors selling the following types of products to appeal to the predominantly Arabic customers frequenting this mall, and living in the vicinity:
– Mens Arabic fashion or tailoring
– Abaya & Arabic ladies fashion
– Children’s fashion & products
– Baby items
– Jewellery & accessories
– Sportswear & Sports shoes
– Mobile phone accessories
– Skincare & bath products

We have 10 units available in prime locations throughout the ground floor – see plan attached
 
HOW LONG IS THE LEASE & WHAT DOES IT COST
We are offering a 6 month lease from the 15th May 2025, for AED 9,450-00 inc VAT per month, payable by quarterly cheques (Please note this can be extended for a further six months if the store does not get leased in this time)
Please note the mall reserves the right to give you one months notice at any time after 3 months, should they need to do so, and you will be refunded any rent paid accordingly.
 
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE TO PAY?
Yes we require the following:
  • A refundable security deposit of AED 18,000 being two months rent, which is encashed and held until 30 days after the end of your lease
  • An AED 600 DED permit Fee
  • AED 2,100 for the insurances required by the Mall
HOW DO I APPLY?
Simply complete the application form attached and return it to us with images of your products, or preferably a company profile. In addition we need to know
where you are trading now, and if you have images to demonstrate your display, that will help with the approval process.
