GRASS IN FRONT OF DRVN CAFE AND THE OTHER RESTAURANTS THERE AND WILL CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING:
– 22 RETAIL VENDORS
– MAJLIS SERVING COFFEE AND DATES AT IFTAR
– HENNA TENT
– KIDS CRAFT CORNER DOING RAMADAN CRAFTS
– FAMILY BOARD GAMES AREA
– LIVE ENTERTAINMENT
– STROLLING ENTERTAINERS
– PARADE OVER THE EID PERIOD
– CHILDREN’S ART COMPETITION RELATED TO RAMADAN
WHAT IS BEING PROVIDED FOR RETAIL VENDORS?
A 3m x 3 meter tent, with battery operated lights, a table with cover (if required) and a chair – See visual attached. You can of course bring your own fashion rails, mirrors, mannequins etc
WHAT DAYS & TIMES IS IT OPERATING AND WHAT DOES IT COST?
We are offering a lease from Friday 7th March until Tuesday 3rd April inclusive, a total of 15 days for AED 3,150-00 inc VAT. Days, dates & timings as follows:
Weekend One
– Friday 7th March: 4pm to 12am
– Saturday 8th March: 4pm to 12pm
– Sunday 9th March: 4pm to 10pm
Weekend two
– Friday 14th March: 4pm to 12am
– Saturday 15th March: 4pm to 12pm
– Sunday 16th March: 4pm to 10pm
Weekend three
– Friday 21st March: 4pm to 12am
– Saturday 22nd March: 4pm to 12pm
– Sunday 23rd March: 4pm to 10pm
Weekend four
– Friday 28th March: 4pm to 12am
– Saturday 29th March: 4pm to 12pm
– Sunday 30th March: 4pm to 12am
– Monday 31st March: 4pm to 12am – Expected to be the Eid Holiday
– Tuesday 1st April: 4pm to 12am – Expected to be the Eid Holiday
– Wednesday 2nd April: 4pm to 10pm – Expected to be the Eid holiday

We are looking for vendors selling the following types of products:
– Arabic perfume
– Abayas and Arabic fashion
– Children’s fashion
– Packaged Arabic sweets
– Honey, dates & the likes
– Gift items
– Beaded shoes, bags & accessories
HOW WILL IT BE MARKETED?
Marsana Beach will be promoting it across their screens around the asset, both prior to and during the event, as well as across their social media platforms, as will we, and we ask you to do the same, we will share a series of adverts with you in due course.
HOW DO I APPLY ?
Simply complete the application attached and return it to us with images of your products. Once you are approved, we will send you a lease for your review and details of how to pay.
No just the rent in full in advance, but please note that your booking will not be confirmed until this is done
Yes see layout attached, please give us your top three preferred locations, and we will try to accommodate your request
No we are running on battery operated lights
No we are offering a lease and price for the full 15 days only
No you don't need a trade license, we are obtaining all the relevant permits for you to trade under us
You can leave your items there each weekend, so from Friday through to Sunday night on Weeks 1 to 3 and from Friday until Tuesday inclusive, week 4. But you do need to bring plastic crates , and pack your items away in them and place everything under your table.
Yes we can provide one for your use, for this event. The sales that go through the machine will be summarized and you will be paid into your account within 10 days of the end of the event
